Guangdong Jielian New Materials Co., Ltd. has commissioned Jiangmen Xin Wealth Environmental Stewardship Technology Co., Ltd. to prepare the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report for its new project. This project (Phase I) includes the annual production of 300 million square meters of masking tape, 20,000 tons of bulk pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), and 10,000 tons of water-based PSA. In accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, we hereby announce the following:

I. Project Overview

Guangdong Jielian New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to establish a production facility at No. 102, Zhuxi New Materials Cluster Zone, Gujing Town, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City. The project includes the production of masking tape, bulk PSA, and water-based PSA, with supporting infrastructure such as rubber crushers, calenders, impregnation machines, coating machines, and reaction vessels.
